Shipping

We ship Australia-wide, including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and regional areas. All prices on this site include GST; shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.

Engines and bulky freight: crate engines, long blocks and other oversized items are quoted separately due to size and weight. Contact us before or after ordering and we'll arrange palletised freight to your door or workshop.

Dispatch: in-stock parts are dispatched promptly from our warehouse. Some genuine Mopar lines are ordered in through the Stellantis network and may carry a lead time; where we know a wait applies, it's noted on the product page.

Returns

If a part arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us at sales@hemis.com.au and we'll make it right. Genuine Mopar parts carry manufacturer warranty backing.

For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Parts must be unused, unfitted and in original packaging. Special-order items, electrical components and engines may not be returnable for change of mind. Nothing on this page limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
